When the time comes that a hotel owner decides to renovate the structure, it means that he has realized that the structure is no longer up to date and it is time to give it a new face. The owner of this traditional hotel in the middle of the vineyards of Appiano was faced with exactly this need.
The first step for LAINS was to understand the soul and the feeling of the traditional house and to find a solution that would fit harmoniously into the building. From the beginning it was clear that the solution here lay in attention to detail.

The need was very clear to rejuvenate the whole establishment to adapt it to the times, making it more modern, but without the inconvenience of a classic renovation, whose main inconvenience would have been a long closure of the store with the consequent lack of daily income.
The new bar and reception are characterized by natural strip fabrics, linen-look wallpaper and warm earth tones on the walls. Thus, on the one hand, the beautiful nature around the hotel structure was brought into the premises and it ended up a pleasant and elegant atmosphere. The pillows in knitted pattern represent the local craftsmanship.
